How fast do ebooks arrive?

Within a minute or two. Your download link is emailed immediately and also appears on the confirmation page. If it has not arrived in fifteen minutes, check your spam folder first — that is almost always where it is — then write to us and we will resend it.

How long until a physical order arrives?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit takes 3–7 business days. Plan on 5 to 12 business days in total.

What does shipping cost?

It is calculated at checkout from what you ordered and where it is going, and you see the exact figure before you pay. Within the United States it usually falls between $6 and $11 for a typical order, and each extra item adds only a little — so two or three things together cost far less than three separate orders. Digital editions never carry a shipping charge.

Do you ship internationally?

For most prints, journals and notebooks, yes — Canada, Australia and much of Europe. Rates are higher and are shown at checkout. If your country is not offered there, we cannot reach it yet. Digital editions are available anywhere in the world, since nothing has to travel. Any customs or import duty your country charges is separate from what you pay us.

Why does production take days? Don't you hold stock?

We make to order rather than warehousing unsold goods. It costs you a short wait and saves you the inventory markup — and nothing here gets thrown away unsold.

My order came in two packages. Is something missing?

No. Different items are made in different facilities, so a single order can ship in separate parcels with separate tracking. You are never charged twice for it.

Where is my tracking number?

Emailed automatically as each item leaves the printer. Check spam and promotions folders. If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered, write to us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us straight away. Production starts quickly — usually we can only cancel a physical order within about two hours. Digital orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the file is downloaded.

Can I return something?

Anything damaged, defective, misprinted or simply wrong is replaced or refunded, no return needed. Made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. Full detail on Shipping & Returns.

My item arrived damaged or misprinted.

Email yourgrace@allthekingsladies.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund it and you keep the original.

Are ebook purchases refundable?

Before you download, yes — full refund within 14 days, no questions. After downloading, no, because a file cannot be returned. The exceptions are generous: a file that will not open, or a duplicate or wrong-format purchase, we always sort out.

What size are the prints?

Every print is offered in standard US frame sizes — 11×14, 16×20 and, on some pieces, 18×24 inches — so any frame from any shop will fit without a custom mount. Prints arrive unframed. Exact measurements for every item are on its own product page.
