Refund Policy

Digital editions
Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, digital editions are not generally refundable once the download has been accessed. Two exceptions, which we apply generously:
- The file will not open, or is corrupted. Tell us your device and reading app and we will fix it or refund you in full.
- Wrong format, or bought twice by mistake. Write within 14 days and we will sort it out.
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
Physical items
If something is wrong
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered: we will replace it free or refund you in full, your choice. Nothing to send back, no shipping for you to pay. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the shipping label.
Made-to-order items
Most of our physical pieces are produced individually for you once you order. Because nothing exists until you buy it, we cannot restock or resell a returned piece, so we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on these. If you are unsure about size or fit, email us before you order and we will help you choose.
Ready-stocked items
May be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and unworn, with tags attached and original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
What we cannot accept back
- Digital editions once downloaded, except as set out above
- Beauty, skincare and cosmetics once opened or used, for hygiene reasons
- Pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Anything marked final sale at the time of purchase
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds return to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of approval. Your bank then takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post the funds, which is outside our control. Original shipping charges are refunded only where an item was faulty, incorrect, or never arrived.
Cancelling an order
Production begins quickly. We can cancel a physical order only before it enters production, usually within 2 hours. Email us immediately and we will do everything we can.
