Refund policy

Digital editions. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, digital editions are not refundable once the download has been accessed. If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days. We make two exceptions and apply them generously: a file that will not open or is corrupted, and a duplicate or wrong-format purchase reported within 14 days.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full — your choice. There is nothing to send back and no return shipping for you to pay.

Made-to-order items. Books, prints, journals, apparel and accessories are produced individually after you order. Because nothing exists until you buy it, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on these.

Ready-stocked items. May be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and unworn, with tags attached and original packaging. Email us with your order number to begin a return. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations. Physical orders can usually only be cancelled within about 2 hours, as production begins quickly. Digital orders can be cancelled at any time before the file is downloaded.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and processed within 2 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post the funds. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty, incorrect, or never arrived.
