Shipping policy

Digital editions. Your download link is emailed within minutes of your order and also appears on the confirmation page. Nothing ships. Digital editions are available worldwide and carry no shipping charge.

Physical items — where we ship. We currently ship physical items within the United States only.

Rates.

Standard — $8.00, any number of items

Standard — free on orders of $70.00 or more

Express — $15.00

How long it takes. Items are made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then transit takes 3 to 7 business days — expect 5 to 12 business days in total. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

Tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the printer.

Split deliveries. Items from a single order are made in different facilities and may arrive separately, on different days, with separate tracking. You are never charged more than once.

Parcels that do not arrive. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the parcel, please check with your household, neighbours and building parcel room, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
