These terms govern your use of allthekingsladies.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though never after you have ordered.

Digital products

When you buy a digital edition you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices and to keep it. You may not upload it, share it publicly, resell it, or reproduce it commercially. Our digital files carry a discreet watermark tied to the purchase. Copyright in each work remains with its author.

Physical products

Most physical items are made to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed materials, and handmade or printed items carry small natural variations. These are characteristics, not defects.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, logos, and the works we sell — belongs to us or to our authors and licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Our liability

We stand behind what we sell and will always try to put things right. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Books and other works we publish reflect their authors' views and research. Material touching on health, wellbeing, or spiritual practice is offered for information and reflection. It is not medical advice and must not be used in place of it.
